These terms and conditions apply to the provision of tutoring services by us to you, whether through teaching sessions of a fixed duration or any other means, for the specific purpose of meeting your educational needs. We only allow authorized employees/contractors within our company to access any information collected from individual Clients when they need it to perform their duties. We continually update our systems and data to ensure we provide the best possible service to our Clients. We take unauthorized actions against our computer systems and data very seriously and we will pursue legal action against anyone who attempts to compromise them.

Confidentiality

We may share information about the Client and their respective Client Records with third parties. However, we respect the confidentiality of Client records and we will not disclose them to any third party, except to our tutors and when we are legally obliged to do so by the relevant authorities. Clients have the right to ask for and receive copies of any and all Client Records we hold, as long as they give us reasonable notice of such a request. We ask Clients to keep copies of any documents we provide them in relation to our services. When appropriate, we will provide Clients with suitable written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for both parties benefit.

We will never sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unwanted mail. We will only send you emails related to the services and products we offer and you have agreed to.
